A consortium of five institutional partners represent the organisational core of the Inside Movement Knowledge (IMK) project.

of the Arts bears overall responsibility for the execution of the IMK project.
IMK ORGANISATION: The Art Practice and Development Research Group, Amsterdam School of the Arts (directed by Marijke Hoogenboom) is the initiating and coordinating partner of the IMK project. Scott deLahunta and Bertha Bermúdez are the Project Leaders. Corine Snijders is the Programme Manager.
RESEARCH GROUPS/ LEADERS: The five partners listed above each have an associated Research Group each with a responsible group leader. A Steering Group comprised of representatives from these two levels is set up to monitor and ensure the success of the project.
FEEDBACK AND DISSEMINATION: This is the role of two of the Research Groups in particular (AHK_Dance and U_Utrecht) joined by two Associate Partners:
Feedback and dissemination is also the role of the International Associates Network: a network of four representatives from the domain of choreographic personal loans for people with poor credit
and dance practice and three from the field of cultural heritage research (media art documentation and preservation).
The overall structure is set up to optimize the exchange of knowledge or Knowledge Transfer amongst its members.
